The following changes in GinnieNET are effective as of May 1, 2014

- Investor Reporting Communications -> ACH Debit Authorization (11709-A) Submission
- Data Entry/Review -> Investor Reporting -> HUD 11709A ACH Debit Authorization("11709A")
- Reports -> 11709A ACH Debit Authorization
2. The following forms are available for view only
- Maintenance -> Master Agreements (P&I and T&I accounts)
- Maintenance -> Subservicer
- Maintenance -> Custodian
All these functions are now available in GMEP under Master Agreements processing.

Fingerprint Scanner Now Compatible with Windows 7
The Fingerprint Scanner is now compatible with Windows 7.
If you wish to use the Fingerprint Scanner with Windows 7, see the Maintenance section on GinnieNET.
Users must choose the appropriate Operating System (32 bit or 64 bit) and proceed with the new fingerprint download instructions displayed on the screen.
For all other Windows environments there are no changes.

MESSAGE FOR POOL SUBMISSION AND ISSUANCE PROCESS PERTAINING TO ALL PARTICIPANTS
MEMO – REDUCTION IN POOL PROCESSING TIME – APM 10-15
For pools that are received and certified through web-based
GinnieNET before 2:00 PM Eastern Time ("Afternoon Sweep"), pools will be issued
on the same day and delivered to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for settlement
the next business day.
In order to facilitate the Reduction in Pool Processing
Time, the Delete Option* for pools certified by 2:00 PM that are included in the
Afternoon Sweep has been eliminated; due to the pool(s) will be issued the same
The processing remains the same for the GinnieNET
Nightly Sweep (9:00 PM) of certified pools.
